Why we exist
Circle began after years of working inside a large, multi-campus church and seeing firsthand how disconnected systems create unnecessary challenges. Every ministry had its own tools, but few of them talked to each other. Simple tasks, like pulling attendance from one system or sending follow-up messages from another, took hours of manual effort. Important data lived in silos, and too often the technology meant to help ministry was the very thing slowing it down.
A lot of church software carries years of accepted limitations, complexity that everyone just works around because that's how it's always been. We think those assumptions deserve a second look. When the tools are built around the people using them, they quietly give time back to the work that matters most: relationships, care, and ministry.

The result is Circle: a connected ministry platform where people, groups, events, communication, workflows, documents, learning, finance, and media all work together instead of living in separate products. Each church turns on only what it needs, because every church works differently and software shouldn't force every ministry into the same structure.
Our heart goes beyond software. We want Circle to be a resource that strengthens the global Church: free tools and training for leaders, Gospel-focused curriculum and educational content, and practical resources like physical security and volunteer training materials. We want to help churches of all sizes grow, lead with confidence, and multiply their impact.
The name Circle was chosen with purpose. A circle represents community, a space where everyone has a voice and no one is left out. That's what we hope Circle becomes: a shared space where ministry and technology meet in harmony, where connection replaces complexity, and where innovation serves people rather than the other way around.
