Who We Are

At Circle, we believe that technology should make ministry simpler, not harder. It should strengthen community, deepen connection, and free people to focus on what matters most.

The idea for Circle began after years of working inside a large, multi-campus church and seeing firsthand how disconnected systems create unnecessary challenges. Every ministry had its own tools, but few of them talked to each other. Simple tasks—like pulling attendance from one system or sending follow-up messages from another—required hours of manual effort. Important data lived in silos, scattered across platforms, and too often the technology designed to help ministry was the very thing slowing it down.

We started Circle to fix that. Our vision is to bring everything the church needs into one unified platform, thoughtfully designed and beautifully connected. From people management and events to forms, communication, learning, and media, every part of Circle works together in real time. Each church can enable only the modules they need, while still enjoying a seamless experience that feels like one complete system.

Our Values

We built Circle on three guiding values: excellence, simplicity, and innovation.

Excellence

Every detail matters, from performance and security to design and reliability.

Simplicity

Powerful software doesn't have to be complicated. We strive to make every interaction intuitive.

Innovation

New ways to connect data, automate workflows, and provide insights that help ministries serve more effectively.

But our heart goes beyond software. We want Circle to be a resource that strengthens the global Church. That means offering free tools and training to leaders, sharing curriculum and educational content, and providing practical resources like physical security and volunteer training materials. We want to help churches of all sizes grow, lead with confidence, and multiply their impact.

The name Circle was chosen with purpose. A circle represents community, a space where everyone has a voice and no one is left out. In many ways, that's what we hope Circle becomes—a shared space where ministry and technology meet in harmony, where connection replaces complexity, and where innovation serves people rather than the other way around.

Whether you lead a small local church or a growing multi-campus organization, our mission is the same: to create tools that empower your ministry, simplify your work, and extend your reach. Together, we can build systems that bring people closer, not further apart.
